Locke is hosting a Boo Fest for 1st-8th grade!
For 1st and 2nd grade, we are going to have a short movie, games, and snowcones on Tuesday, October 24th, from 1:00-2:40. Everything is free.
3rd-8th grade will have their Boo Fest on Wednesday, October 25th.
3rd-5th grade will be from 3:00-4:30
6th-8th grade will be from 5:00-6:30.
We will have a photo booth, music, indoor carnival games, face painting, prizes, snow cones, popcorn, and nachos.
The Boo Fest will be by invitation only. To be eligible for the Boo Fest and receive an invitation, students must meet the following criteria or rules throughout the rest of the 1st quarter (October 16-October 24):
Attend school regularly without any absences
Be tardy no more than one time
No discipline issues both in and out of the classroom (i.e., recess/lunch)
Be in full uniform each day
No cell phones or AirPods
No missing work
We are going to have a great time and we hope to see all students there. Remember, the invitation depends on students following all of the expectations mentioned above.
Admission will be free and we will be selling popcorn, nachos, and snowcones. We will have a $3 bundle where students can get one of each.

¡Locke está organizando un festival para los grados 1º a 8º!
Para 1º y 2º grado, tendremos una película corta, juegos y raspados el martes, 24 de octubre, de 1:00 a 2:40. Todo es gratis.
Los grados 3º a 8º tendrán su festival el miércoles, 25 de octubre.
Para los grados 3º a 5º, será de 3:00 a 4:30
Para los grados 6º a 8º, de 5:00 a 6:30.
Tendremos un fotomatón, música, juegos de carnaval en el interior, pintura facial, premios, raspados, palomitas y nachos.
El festival será solo por invitación. Para ser elegibles y recibir una invitación, los estudiantes deben cumplir con los siguientes criterios o reglas durante el resto del primer trimestre (del 16 de octubre al 24 de octubre):
Asistir regularmente a la escuela sin faltas
Llegar tarde no más de una vez
No tener problemas de disciplina, tanto en el aula como fuera de él (es decir, en el recreo/comedor)
Vestir el uniforme completo todos los días
No llevar teléfonos celulares ni AirPods
No tener trabajos pendientes

Esperamos ver a todos los estudiantes allí. Recuerda que la invitación depende de que los estudiantes cumplan con todas las expectativas mencionadas anteriormente.
La entrada será gratuita y venderemos palomitas, nachos y raspados. Tendremos un combo de $3 en el que los estudiantes pueden obtener uno de cada uno.
