If you are the parent of a diverse learner and your student experienced delays or denials of support services during the 2016-17 or 2017-18 school years, you may be entitled to a remedy through Student Specific Corrective Action (SSCA). Whether or not you have already been contacted by the Office of Diverse Learner Supports and Services (ODLSS) regarding SSCA, we encourage you to request a meeting to determine your student’s eligibility and find an appropriate remedy.
